House policies

Price includes:

• wi-fi, electricity, gas heating, linens with weekly changes and final cleaning (additional linen changes and cleaning may be arranged for a separate fee)
• Welcome set (guests can purchase wine, olive oil and fruit separately as well) Baby set with crib and high chair (upon request)

Upon reservation a deposit of 30% of the total fee is required, with he remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival. Deposit payment is non refundable and must be paid by bank transfer.

Penalty fees for cancellations must also be paid by bank transfer, and are as follows:

• Before 30 days prior to date of booking: no penalty
• From 29 days to 15 days before date: 50% of total price
• From 14 days to 8 days before date: 75% of total price
• From 7 days before, to day of booking: 100% of total price

Bookings are intended as periods from Saturday to Saturday of any given week, however, based on availability different arrival and departure dates can be requested.

Weekend bookings are available, with a minimum 2 night stay Check-in times are between 14:00 and 18:00
Check-out time is 10:00
